PURPOSE:To attain the signal transmission/reception of an end-to-end signal by comparing a received digital sound signal with a received digital sound signal received just before and counting a coincident signal continuously by the predetermined number of times so as to output a coincident pattern. CONSTITUTION:After an analog sound signal inputted from a transmitter 1 is filtered by a band pass filter 2a, the result is converted into a digital sound signal by a CODEC 3. The digital sound signal is outputted to a composing section 5 via the input terminal 10a and output terminal 10c of a switch 10. The composing section 5 composes the digital sound signal to be sent and a network-telephone set control signal such as a dial signal inputted from a signal control section 4 and sends the result to a network via a driver/receiver section 7. A decomposing section 6 decomposes the inputted digital signal, outputs a received digital sound signal from an output terminal 6b to a CODEC 3 and a comparison section 11, and a reception control signal is outputted to the signal control section 4 from an output terminal 6c.
