PURPOSE:To facilitate the transport of articles even in various heights by vertically moving a lift bed provided on a flexible loader-unloader to the same height as that of a transport roller on an unmanned truck when the unmanned truck reaches a transport station. CONSTITUTION:When an unmanned truck 3 reaches a specified station mounting an article 1, a flexible loader-unloader 4 provided on the station moves vertically a lift bed 5 to arrange the height H to the height A of rollers 2 of the truck. Next, the article 1 is transported from the rollers 2 to the lift bed 5, the lift bed 5 is lowered and the height H is arranged to the height B of a supply conveyer rollers 7 to receive the article 1. Also, when the article is transported from the station to the truck 3, the height H of the lift bed 5 is arranged to the height C of a return conveyer rollers 8 to receive the article, return the height H to the height A and transport the article to the truck 3. Thus, the delivery and receipt of the article between stations different in the height and the truck 3 can be facilitated.
