EXAMPLE:S-sec-Butyl O-ethyl(5-phenylsulfinylmethyl-2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl) phosphonothiolate. USE:A controller for harmful organisms against insects, acarids and nematodes. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II is reacted with a phosphoric acid diester chloride compound shown by formula III at preferably -80 deg.C-room temperature in the presence of an acid acceptor such as n-butyllithium, etc., and a solvent such as hexane, etc.
