摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase a working speed, by a method wherein a work is executed after an error on a working position at a point of time when a laminar member is conveyed by adsorption to a working station is corrected by means of a position signal, through which the laminar member is positioned to a positioning station. CONSTITUTION:A laminar member A, e.g., window glass, is conveyed from an incoming conveyor 1, and is transferred to a positioning station 48 by a first transferring device 41. Position data is determined by plural visual sensors 87 to input it to a control means 110. The laminar member A, in turn, is conveyed by adsorption through the working of a first conveying table 31 to transfer the member to a working station 50 of a robot 88. After through control effected by a control means 110, an error between the current and the regular working position of the laminar member A is corrected, a machining work is executed. When a work is completed, the member is transferred to an outgoing conveyor 2 through the working of a second conveying table 32 and a transferring device 5. This executes a positioning work for a subsequent laminar member simulataneously with the machining work applied on the current laminar member, resulting in the possibility to shorten a working time.</p>
