The device comprises a box (1) having disc-shaped end parts (2, 3) and a lateral part (4) in the shape of the surface of revolution which widens from the end part (2) towards the end part (3). The end parts (2, 3) comprise markings (6, 5) intended for the formation of holes by pushing-in for the passage of the tubes. The box is provided with a fixing means. The device can be used for tubes emerging at the upper surface or at the lower surface of a slab. <IMAGE>
