PURPOSE:To execute easily an alignment and setting of a magnification by superposing and displaying an image of an object to be copied, and a copying range, so that a range to be copied is made clear, and the alignment and setting of the magnification does not require a much time. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup circuit 2 executes an image pickup of an image pickup area 7 containing a body to be copied 1 and sends its image to a displaying circuit 3. A value which is set by a copying size setting device 5 and an enlargement/reduction magnification setting device 6 is inputted to a copying range generator 4, and the copying range generator 4 sends a copying range which is generated, based on its value, to the displaying circuit 3. Next, the copying range 9 is superposed and displayed on an image of an object to be copied 8, and whether an object to be copied is contained in the copying range or not is decided. In such a way, the alignment and an optimum magnification can be derived easily. |
