PURPOSE:To omit an echo canceler by using at least two channels as voice channels and making voice collection and distribution in dependent of each other. CONSTITUTION:A voice is synthesized by a terminal and sent out over a voice collection channel 6 to a downstream-side conference terminal. The terminal 1 transfers the signal which makes one round from the voice collection channel 6 to a voice distribution channel 7 and sends it out to the downstream-side conference terminal. Two channels in frame information are used as the voice collection channel and voice distribution channel. Consequently, an echo canceler which is added conventionally can be omitted.
