PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary force only by a plurality of magnets by peripherally providing the magnets on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of outer and inner wheel rotors, and synchronously rotating them by a synchronizer. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of magnets 15, 15', 15'',... and 16, 16', 16'',... are peripherally provided on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of outer and inner wheel rotors 13 and 14. The rotors 13, 14 are contacted in such a manner that the rotor 14 is inscribed with the rotor 13 by displacing axial centers O1, O2 of the rotational shafts, and synchronously rotated by a synchronizer. The rotors 13, 14 are rotated by the attracting and repelling forces of the magnets 15, 15', 15'',... and 16, 16', 16'',... of the rotors 13, 14.
