PURPOSE:To eliminate the directivity from, and to improve the brightness of, a light diffusing reflection aluminium plate by roughing an aluminium plate, with a brush roll rotated as well as reciprocated in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A brush roll 2 and a long holder roll 3 are arranged laterally on the travelling line so as to vertically hold the aluminium plate 1 between them. The brush roll 2 is rotated as well as reciprocated in the longitudinal direction to rough the surface of the aluminium plate 1 being moved horizontally, so that a highly bright aluminium plate without directivity is obtained. |
