<p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate analysis, by arranging a closed hollow section into a substrate in which a separation column is formed. CONSTITUTION:A fine groove is carved on the surface of a substrate 1 while a surface lid is adhered on the surface side thereof to form a separation column 2. To secure the necessary length in a narrow range, the separation column 2 is coilled in the middle thereof, and to serve as inflow port 4 and outflow port 5, the end thereof is made open on the surface side. A closed hollow section 6 is formed on the back of the substrate 1. This hollow section 6 acts as heat pipe and a V groove is carved on the back of the substrate 1 while the opening thereof is closed with a back lid 7. In addition, only a condensing fluid 8 such as water is sealed inside with the non-condensing gas such as air evacuated. As the corner of the hollow section 6 help recycle the fluid 8, a capillary pressure is generated by a narrow section 9. Thus, an accurate analysis can be done.</p> |
