PURPOSE:To make it impossible to read printed information on a used ink sheet, by slitting the used ink sheet in the feeding direction thereof and further cutting the ink sheet to predetermined lengths. CONSTITUTION:A fixed multi-blade cutter 22 is so disposed that blades 221 are arranged transversely with respect to a feeding passage for an ink sheet 7, so that the ink sheet 7 is slitted in the feeding direction while being fed. A rotary cutter 23 is rotated at a time interval of several seconds to then and several seconds, whereby the ink sheet 7 is cut in a direction orthogonal to the feeding direction to predetermined lengths. Accordingly, it is difficult to read printed information on the used ink sheet 7.
