<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the number of outfitted doors under shifting, lessen a weight load on a door transfer conveyor and the like, improve the durability thereof and reduce cost for facilitates by arranging a door outfitting station near a door mounting station. CONSTITUTION:The door outfitting station 10 of a door transfer line 2 is arranged in the proximity of the door mounting station 8 of a body transfer line 1. Then, the number of door hangers 9a-9d for retaining outfitted doors W1-W4 decreases, and a weight load working on the conveyor and other fittings of the door transfer line 2 can be alleviated, thereby enabling the improvement of the durability of the conveyor and other fittings of the door transfer line 2. Also, it becomes unnecessary to increase the strength or rigidity of the door transfer line 2 for keeping the long service life thereof, and the cost of facilitates can be lessened.</p> |
