发明名称 AUTOMATIC IDENTIFYING DEVICE FOR ARRANGEMENT OF CORES OF MULTI-CORE CABLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make identifying work for arranging order of cores efficient by thrusting electrode stylus group conductors collectively into respective insulating cores to identify the arranging order of respective insulating cores of a multi-core cable which are arrayed at random on a random arranging cores temporary fixing jig. CONSTITUTION:Respective insulating cores 3 on the point part 2B side of the multi-core cable 2 are supported by respective grooves 14 of respective comb-like core holding jigs of the temporary fixed jig 11 for the random arranging cores under the random arrangement. The point parts of the cores 3 projected from the jig 11 are correspondingly inserted into respective grooves 14 of respective core insertion grooves of a comblike core holding tool 17 of a detecting means 9. After insertion, the inlet sides of respective grooves 16 are blocked by a pressing tool 20. When the electrode stylus group conductor 24 is raised by a lifting means under said status, respective electrode styluses 23 are lifted in respective electrode stylus through holes 19 of the jig 17, thrust to respective cores 3 in respective grooves 16 and brought into electrically contacted with the conductors 3b of respective insides. Consequently, conductive signals are applied to a line number identifier 7 through a code 8.
