PURPOSE:To easily specify the image area of an original by forming an original supporting member for adhering the image side of the original to itself to execute exposing scanning by a transparent coordinate position detecting element to execute the exposing scanning of the original and to form its image. CONSTITUTION:An original 2 is set up between an original pressing device 1 and an original supporting member consisting of a digitizer 3 so as to be turned upward and a multiplex, multicolor or area specifying mode is inputted from an operation panel 32. A CPU 30 output a command to a control circuit 31 so as to accept area specification from the digitizer 3 and the circuit 31 makes it possible to input the area specification from the digitizer 3. When the original 3 is observed through the transparent digitizer 3 and the surface of the digitizer 3 corresponding to a prescribed area is pressed with a pen or the like, the circuit 31 reads out the X and Y coordinates and transmits the data to the CPU 30. When a copy button on an operation panel 32 is depressed, the CPU 30 turns on a light emitting element array 14 and the specified area of the original 2 is exposed and scanned through a lamp 6 and mirrors 7-9. |
