PURPOSE:To maintain pulse drive signals in a certain condition constantly, during fuel injection period, by providing a rotational angle detection means for detecting a predetermined rotational angle before fuel injection, and outputting pulse drive signals from a drive signal output means according to the detection output thereof. CONSTITUTION:A calculation means M6 is so provided for the captioned device as to calculate a target fuel injection timing of a fuel injection pump M1 according to the output of an operation condition detection means 5 for detecting the operation condition of a Diesel engine M4. And a drive signal control means M7 is also provided, said means M7 being adapted to control a hydraulic control valve M3 for controlling hydraulic pressure to be applied to a fuel injection timing regulation member M2 such that the above target fuel injection timing may be in conformity with the fuel injection timing to be regulated by the regulation member M2. In this case, a predetermined rotational angle of the pump M1 before fuel injection is detected by a rotational angle detection means M9 so that a drive signal output means M3 may be controlled for outputting the pulse drive signals at every predetermined revolution angle before the fuel injection.
