PURPOSE:To allow a cooling air to smoothly pass through while facilitate the installation and removal of a shroud by projectingly providing a stopping stay and a fixed stay being directed rearward, on the rear parts of a radiator, while providing a supporting member which is brought into contact with the inner face of said fixed stay, on said shroud. CONSTITUTION:In order to install a radiator 8 to a down tube 4, the top bracket 9 of the radiator 8 is installed to the upper stay 6 of the down tube 4 with a bolt 12, while its bottom bracket 11 is installed to the lower stay 7 of the down tube 4 with a bolt 13. Also, in order to install a shroud 23 to the radiator 8, a stopping pin 24 provided in an integrated form with the shroud 23, is engaged with a rubber grommet 15 which is fitted into the hole 14 of a rear folded member 10 on the top bracket 9 of the radiator 8 while forms a stopping stay. And, by forwardly inclining the shroud 23, and after supporting the contacting member 26 of its supporting member on the top of the upper part member 17 of a fixed stay 16 provided on the radiator 8, the members 17, 26 are fastened together with a bolt 28 and a nut 27.
