PURPOSE:To enable the easy adjustment of a plastic deformation load value for the fragile arm of a self-aligning plate by forming a punched hole of a suitable size on said arm for continuity to both ends of a curved part and extending into a general part, and making said hole into closed shape. CONSTITUTION:An oblong punched hole 16 is so formed on each less rigid arm 15 of a self-aligning plate 9 as to be continuous over both ends of the curved part 15a of a said arm 15. Both ends of the punched hole 16 extend into a general part 15b.
