PURPOSE:To permit to peel a molded product from a core mold easily and prevent the damage of the molded product by a constitution wherein a plurality of movable block bodies are moved inwardly when sliding pieces in the bodies of the blocks are retreated. CONSTITUTION:After a split mold 1 is opened, the sliding piece 17 of a core mold 12 descends by the operation of an air cylinder 13 and, simultaneously, movable blocks 21, 22 move inwardly by a pin 20 energized by a spring 19. Subsequently, another sliding piece 16 descends by the operation of another air cylinder 14 and, simultaneously, another movable block body 26 moves inwardly by another pin 25 energized by another spring 24. In this case, the movable block bodies 21, 22 are accommodated into the recess 23 of the movable block 26. One surface of the belows of a molded product is separated from one surface of the movable block body 26, therefore, the product may be taken out while turning it over. |
