PURPOSE:To obtain plasmid of chimera antibody development type, by transducing a gene fragment containing range V and range J in kappa (kappa) chain gene of mouse immunoglobulin and a gene fragment containing range C in kappa(kappa) chain gene of human immunoglobulin to a plasmid. CONSTITUTION:Gene fragment A which contains range V and range J in kappa(kappa) chain gene of mouse immunoglobulin and has about 4.2Kbp length and gene fragment B which contains range C in kappa (kappa) chain gene of human immunoglobulin and about 2.6Kbp length are introduced to a plasmid in an order wherein B-1 side of the gene fragment B is arranged at the A-2 side of the gene fragment A, to give a plasmid of development type. |
