PURPOSE:To enable a frame body to be positioned and held in a uniform position whilst distorting the frame body under pressure by providing each pressing means on a lifting table of a lift device. CONSTITUTION:Before supplying frame bodies 4 by their feeder 5, an air cylinder 603 in each frame 141a of a lifting table 141 is actuated to hole each distorting pawl 600 in a non-working position of an advancing end. Under this condition, each cylinder 603 works again, guiding each distoring pawl 600 backward with a guide plate 601. At the same time, each frame of the frame body 4 is distorted whilst being pressed toward an inner direction, and the frame body 4 is held under pressure using each distorting pawl 600 at the backward end of the distorting pawl. Under this distorting and helding condition by each distorting pawl 600 under pressure, the frame body 4 is pressed under a gauze 2 held tensely held under a prearranged tension on a clamping device 1 by the operation of a lift 3. In this way, a gauze stretching work is performed, then each air cylinder 603 is actuated, thus cancelling the holding condition of each distorting pawl 600 and discharging the frame body after gauze stretching through a discharging device 6 after cancelling the holding condition of each distorting pawl 600. |
