PURPOSE:To shorten the drying period of adhesive relatively and prevent adhesive failures by utilizing the air-permeable skin material, wadding material and backing material and passing through the heated air flowing out of the mold when the materials are heat-clamped with the mold for integral jointing. CONSTITUTION:The subject trim cover is manufactured by jointing three materials integrally, namely the skin material 1, the wadding material b and the backing material c, and shaping concave and convex patterns on the surface. The said three materials a, b and c are clamped integrally by utilizing the upper and lower molds 10 and 11. By heating up the lower mold 11 to around 150 deg.C-200 deg.C and the upper mold 10 to around 100 deg.C-120 deg.C, the materials a, b and c can be heat-clamped. Also, the heated air is charged from the perforated pipe 18 into the mold through the hollow sections 16, 16... and the blowing holes 17, 17.... By the said process, the drying period for the adhesives d and d' can be shortened to a substantial extent, and the whole process of adhesion of each material can be carried out securely. |
