Lobster-shaped boiled fish paste is produced by making the fish meat fibrous, and blend-weaving the fibers to imitate muscle fibers of a lobster as much as possible to thereby make the appearance and taste approximate to that of a lobster. This process comprises making minced fish fibrous, intertwining them to rope material, blend-weaving this rope material to bind them, cutting them to a predetermined length, depositing minced fish around them, introducing them into a lobster-shaped mold, heating to solidify them, then coloring like lobster meat, and again heating to produce lobster-shaped boiled fish paste. |
