Part obtained from a laminate comprising at least one layer of thermoplastic resin (A), at least one layer of fiber-reinforced thermohardened resin (B) and at least one adhesive layer (C) intermediate between the layers (A) and (B). It has a complex shape and the ratio between the layer (B) thickness and the layer (A) thickness in said part is at least equal to 1.5. The fabrication method comprises a first step wherein a thermoplastic resin layer (A) is hot coated with at least one adhesive layer (C), a second step wherein said layer (A) coated with adhesive is subjected to thermoforming by using as form mould a layer of complex shape (B) of fiber-reinforced thermohardened resin, the thermoforming conditions being such that the ratio of the layer (B) thickness to the layer (A) thickness in the obtained part with a complex shape is at least equal to 1.5. |
