<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity remarkably without requiring bolt/nut tightening by forming recessed grooves for planting blades on a main plate and side plate and by inserting and fixing the blades into the recessed grooves with a binding agent. CONSTITUTION:Recessed grooves 11, 21 are formed on a main plate 1 and side plate 2, and blades 3 are inserted and fixed into the recessed grooves 11, 21 with a binding agent 4. Thereby, no bolt/nut fixture is required to be formed for the blades 3. Accordingly, the shape of the blade 3 is simplified and in addition the production and processing efficiency can be improved, and since the bolt/nut tightening is not required, the formation of bolt/nut holes and overlay processing of bolt/nut tightening sections are not required. As a result, no restriction is inflicated on the size of interval between adjacent blades 3 and the number of used blades 3, thus products with the excellent performance can be easily produced.</p> |
