MEMORY CASSETTE FOR DISPLAYING USED AMOUNT

PURPOSE:To grasp quickly the amount of remaining memories even while a digital operation recording meter is working by displaying an area where data are written on a memory cassette. CONSTITUTION:A memory cassette 1 contains a microcomputer 13 and an optical coupling interface 1 which transfers data with an on-vehicle machine main body or an analyzer. The microcomputer 13 receives periodically data on the car driving speed. A decoding circuit 14 produces the decoding signal for selection of a block 1 of a RAM 16. A flip-flop 1 of a latch circuit 2 is turned on by said decoding circuit. Then display element 1 of a display device 3 is turned on. The display ON part of the device 3 is increased as data are written on the RAM 16. Thus the used amount of memories can be detected.
