PURPOSE:To shorten the energizing time of a solenoid valve, by providing such an arrangement that the attaching load of a balance spring is made weaker than the force based upon the pressure exerted to the lower surface of a plunger but is made larger than the action force based upon the opening area of a communication hole. CONSTITUTION:The attaching load of a balance spring 24 is set such that it is less than the value obtained by the product of the pressure in an inlet side passage 16 and the pressure receiving area of the lower surface of a plunger 19, and as well it is larger than the value obtained by the product of the pressure in the inlet side passage 16 and the opening area of a communication hole 18. When a lift-up solenoid coil 25 is energized, the plunger 19 is pulled upward overcoming the balance spring 24. When a push-down solenoid coil 26 is energized, the plunger 19 is lowered with cooperation of the balance spring 24. |
