PURPOSE:To control vibration transmission, by extending a differential mount member at the front part of a rear differential unit, suspending its front and a rear parts to the car body, and furnishing a propeller shaft holding insulator at the front part of the differential mount member, in the captioned structure of a car. CONSTITUTION:At the front part of a rear differential unit 3, a differential mount member 4 with a U shape section is extended up to the middle of a propeller shaft 2 and fixed, and the front end of the member 4 is suspended and supported at a cross member 6 by bushes 5 and 7. And the rear part of the rear differential unit 3 is suspended and supported at the car body by a mount rubber 9 and a support member 10. At the front end of the member 4, an insulator 8 of an elastic material is fastened and fixed, to hold the propeller shaft 2 through a bearing. In such a composition, the distance of the supporting portion l can be made longer, and the vibration transmitting amount of can be reduced.
