PURPOSE:To enhance a current supply property and a transfer property and to attain not only to improve image quality but also to reduce recording energy, by mounting a current supplying back surface member and a transfer back surface member and inserting only an ink film between the current supplying back surface member and a recording head to perform the supply of a current. CONSTITUTION:A recording substrate 6 and a transfer back surface member 19 are arranged so that the angle 21(theta2) formed by the recording substrate 6 and the transfer back surface member 19 is larger than the angle 29(theta1) formed by the recording substrate 6 and the end surface 7 thereof and a recording head 4 is pressed to the transfer back surface member 19. By pressing an ink film 10 and receiving paper to the transfer back surface member 19 by the cut end part at the side not equipped with recording electrode 5 of the end surface 7, transfer pressure is concentrated to the cut end part to secure a transfer part 9 and, further, a current supplying back surface member 18 is mounted apply the force in the direction shown by an arrow 17 to be pressed to a recording head 4 and the leading end part of the electrode needle 5 is penetrated into a resistance layer 3 to secure a current supply part 8. Then, only the ink film 10 is inserted between the back surface member 18 and the recording head 4. |
