The invention relates to agglutinographic reaction chamber for reactive liquid particles. According to the invention, it comprises, in combination, a first transparent panel 21 having a first surface of a first predetermined area, a second panel 20 having a second surface of a second predetermined area, the second surface being coextensive with and overlapping at least part of the first surface, the second panel being spaced apart by a predetermined distance from the first so that the overlapping parts of the first and second surfaces define a capillary chamber 15 in order to draw the liquid reactants between the overlapping parts of the first and second surfaces when a reactive liquid is introduced to or around the capillary chamber. The invention applies in particular to reactions of immunochemical particles. <IMAGE>
