PURPOSE:To permit L-letter traveling in the case of a forward traveling motion by arranging a mode in which front and rear wheels are steered in reaction to a steering operation device as well as a mode in which the front wheels are fixed at the neutral position and the rear wheels is steered in reaction to the steering operation device and adopting a structure capable of selecting changes-over of these modes. CONSTITUTION:Selection among 2 front wheels steering mode, 2 rear wheels steering mode, front and rear 4 wheels steering mode is made by a change-over switch 4. A computer 6 operates a steering angle corresponding to each mode and outputs a signal to actuators 7, 27, In the case of L-letter traveling, when a rear wheel steering mode is selected, a rear wheel 32 is steered in reaction to the operation of the wheel 1 with a front wheel 12 placed at the neutral position, whereby L-letter traveling becomes available and diversity of the steering can be accomplished. |
