This invention relates to the making method of the excellent bulky cotton spinning yarn with good hygroscopicity, heat insulation, softness and bulk property. The mixed spinning yarn (3) made by mixing the natural fiber (1) and water-soluble chemical fiber (2) is weaved, and the water-soluble chemical fiber (2) is removed by melting in a boiling water bath. After this process, fine porous vacancies (4) are formed where chemical fiber and the bulky cotton spinning yarn are made.
