This invention relates to a mixed yarn composed of acetate multifilament and polyester multifilament. Two multifilaments are homogeneously arrayed in the mixed yarn. In yarn-combining guide, two multifilaments are combined, and then this combined yarn is wound around roller. Yarn-mixing equipment is air-dispersing type and is placed between a front roller and a transmitting roller. The produced yarn has no-fine hair.
