PURPOSE:To manufacture a large number of resin-laminated cards for a short period of time by a method wherein a plurality of resin plates are set in a cassette under pressure and the cassettes are successively shifted to a plurality of pressurized heating stations and a cooling station. CONSTITUTION:Resin plates to be fixed under heat and pressure are housed in a cassette 24. The cassette is mounted to a fork 56 at a cassette mounting and dismounting part 16 by utilizing the grooves 58 of the cassette 24. First, the resin plates 34 are heater under pressure at the first pressurized heating station 18 for the time half as long as that required for the heat fusion of the resin plates 34. Secondly, the cassette 24 is rotated in one-fourth of a turn so as to surely and enclosedly heat-fuse the resin plates 34 at the second pressurized heating station 20. Finally, the cassette 24 is rotated further in one-fourth of a turn so as to cool the resin plates at a cooling station 22. At every one- fourth turn of the installed cassette 24, a new cassette can successively and efficiently installed and accordingly a large number of laminated resin cards are obtained. |
