发明名称 FORMATION OF THERMALLY SPRAYED LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a thermally sprayed light weight layer superior in adhesiveness, heat insulating property, by forming composite layer composed of base metal and reinforcing fiber material, melting and removing a part of the metal, then forming thermally sprayed ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION:Fibers 1 made of Al2O3, SiC, ZrO2, metal, etc., are arranged in one direction in metal mold for high pressure casting, molten light metal such as Al and Al alloy is poured therein to cast at a high pressure, a square shaped or cylindrical base metal 4 having the composite layer 3 composed of the material 1 and a base light metal 2 is manufactured. Surface of the layer 3 is dipped in 10% NaOH soln. to dissolve and remove light metal at thin layer part. Next, oxide is removed by neutralization with acid liquid, then Ni-Cr-Al alloy is plasma sprayed as an under coat layer 5A on the surface where the materials 1 protrudedly remain, further a ceramic layer 5B such as Al2O3, SiC is plasma sprayed thereon. Thermally sprayed layer superior in sticking force of the metal 4 with the layers 5A and 5B is formed.
