NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I [R1 is H, 1-10C alkyl, or 1-6C acyl; R2 is H, or halogen; R3 is H, 1-6C alkyl, or 1-6C acyl; R4 is H, or 1-6C alkyl; R5 is H, or 1-6C acyl; X is carbamoyl, 1-4C hydroxyalkyl, or -COOR6(R6 is H, or 1-4C alkyl); Y is carbamoyl, 1-4C hydroxyalkyl, or -COOR7(R7 is H, 1-10C alkyl, or benzyl); with the proviso that case where R1- R5 are H at the same time, X is carbamoyl, and Y is COOH, and case where R1 is CH3, R2-R5 are H at the same time, x is carbamoyl, and Y is COOH are omitted], and its salt. USE:An immunological regulator for malignant tumor, etc. PREPARATION:A strain of Penicillum rugulosum OF4949 (FERM BP-203) in a medium preferably at 4-7pH at 25-30 deg.C for 2-10 days. |
