PURPOSE:To obtain a cell having high energy density and a small self-discharge rate while having a good cycle property by using an ion conductor or the like consisting of phosphoric ester and alkaline metal salt as an electrolyte for a solid secondary cell having a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a solid electrolyte as main constitution elements. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode 3, a solid ion conductor 4 and a positive electrode 5 are laminated for being tightened with a nickel composite 2 used for the negative electrode and a platinum composite 6 used for the positive electrode to be made into a solid secondary cell. Next, this is housed in a container 8 made of Teflon for drawing out a nickel lead wire 1 used for the negative electrode from a collector 2 while drawing out a planinum lead wire 7 used for the positive electrode from a collector 6. Alkaline metal salt is dissolved in phosphoric ester or a mixture of phosphoric ester and an ether system compound followed by heat treatment and a thus obtained composite is used as a conductor 4 to become a solid electrolyte in said constitution. Or, such a composite can be also used for the same purpose, as consisting of phosphoric ester, ether system compound and alkaline metal salt. |
