PURPOSE:To attain a rationalized and efficient managememt system for inven tory work by collating between the perforated data of an aperture card moved to a floppy disc and a drawing information file, by a computer system. CONSTITUTION:Based on an inventory list, many aperture cards 4 written in the said list are found from a retaining box of the cards. The many cards 4 found are mounted on a card poly-processor 6. The processor 6 automatically reads the perforated data in the cards 4, and writes them in a sequential floppy disc 7. The computer system 1 reads, by means of a floppy disc reader 9, the data written in the floppy disc 7, and collates the data that it reads with the contents of the drawing information data file 2 by using drawing numbers as keys. The system 1 thus finds out absent aperture cards 4 and obsolete ones 4, and punches them out in an error list 8. |
