发明名称 LITHIUM ION EXCHANGE METHOD OF MORDENITE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent a lowering of adsorption capacity and promote a lithium ion exchange rate of mordenite, by exchanging in advance cations in mordenite for protons, thereafter, performing ion exchange using lithium hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:After sodium ions in mordenite are exchanged for protons, exchange is performed between protons and lithium ions by bringing into contact with aqueous solution of lithium hydroxide. The mordenite may be either synthetic or natural mordenite and either powdered or molded mordenite are usable. As a method for exchanging cations in mordenite for protons, a method to make directly a proton type by bringing into contact with an acid is suitable. Ion exchange is usually carried out at a temperature of normal - less than 100 deg.C for 30min-24hr. Suitable concentration of aqueous solution of lithium hydroxide is 0.01-1.0mol/l.</p>
