TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM UNITED WITH POLARIZING FILM

PURPOSE:To simplify stages by uniting a polarizing film and transparent conductive film to one body. CONSTITUTION:A polysulfone film is laminated as a base layer on at least one face of a PVA polarizing film dyed by a water soluble disazo compd. expressed by the formula or the copper complex compd. thereof as a free acid and the transparent film having electrical conductivity is successively laminated on either one surface of the laminated film. The continuous reel to reel working by a long-sized film which is heretofore impossible with the conventional transparent conductive film consisting of glass is thereby made possible and since the labor for assembling the polarizing film in a stage for assembling liquid crystal display elements is entirely eliminated, the stages and man-hours for the TN type liquid crystal display elements are considerably simplified and reduced. The substantial cost reduction is thus made possible.
