<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the effective information to analyze the event and supervise and restore the facility by judging and outputting the generating sequence of plural condition change signals to occur in an input period DELTAt in the centralized supervisory and control system of the filter plant. CONSTITUTION:A process signal is accommodated through a process input device 2 to an input buffer 9 by a process fetching processing 8 at the timing of the period starting from a scheduler 18. A process condition changing processing 11 detects the condition change of the process equipment and the trouble occurring recovery by the comparison of a previous input buffer 10 and a present input buffer 9, reports the changing signal identifying data such as the status accommodating address through a QUEUING buffer 12 to an event occurring sequence judging processing 13 and rewrites the previous input buffer 10 by the present input buffer 9. A condition changing recording editing processing 15 edits the condition changing status information of a QUEUING buffer 14 to an output format in accordance with a constant 17 for editing, and outputs it to an announcement typewriter 3 and a displaying device 4.</p> |
