<p>A metering device comprising a body (11) supporting and enclosing a bladder (13) which has an inlet and an outlet each controlled by a non-return valve (19 and 21), the body (11) is formed with an opening (22) and supports an operator (23) which is movable relative to the body (11), the operator has a portion (24) which moves into and out of the body (11) through the opening (22) to engage and vary the volume of the bladder (13), said operator being associated with a cam member (25) which is engageable by the operator (23) to limit the return stroke of the operator, the cam member being adjustable to vary the stroke of the operator. The device is particularly applicable to drench guns and the like.</p> |
