<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate abnormal rise of the output voltage by connecting an auxiliary transistor which is interrupted initially at the conductive time by causing a main transistor to conduct at the time delay when the main transistor is interrupted in parallel with a field coil. CONSTITUTION:When the output voltage produced at an output coil 1 is the reference voltage or lower of a Zener diode 15, a transistor 7 conducts, an when it is higher than the reference voltage, the transistor 7 is interrupted. When the transistor 7 varies from conduction to the interruption, the field current is flowed through a flywheel diode 10, and a capacitor 30 is charged through resistors 31, 33 and a capacitor 32. Thus, a transistor 9 is conducted in the time delay. Then, when transistor 7 is switched from the interruption to the conducting, transistor 9 is interrupted by the discharge of capacitor 32 at the initial stage that transistor 7 starts conducting from the interruption.</p> |
