<p>PURPOSE:To easily recognize the number of unpaid patients at a receipt window by providing an inquiry system for acceptance state of patients to be diagnosed that can inquire instantly the number of outpatients for every department, that of unpaid and paid patients, and the names of unpaid patients for every department. CONSTITUTION:An acceptance data for every first visit and every revisit from a window acceptance system on-line terminal 1, and the diagnosis data of a patient from a diagnosis data management system on-line terminal 2 are inputted to a hospital management computer 4 for every patient and every diagnostic department. And the number of coming patients are tabulated by the computer 4, the coming patient diagnostic slip is issued. By inputting the outpatient diagnostic slip to a window accounting system on-line terminal 3, it is registered as a paid patient by the computer 4 and the number and names of the unpaid patients are calculated. These data are displayed on the CRT of display units 5-1-5-n and terminals 1 and 3.</p> |
