PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration in an electric characteristic due to corrosion in a collector body and reduce contact resistance between the collector body and a cathode lead terminal as well as to reduce the internal resistance, by using a conductive plastic for the cathode collector body, and installing a metal lic plate in one side. CONSTITUTION:A lot of unit element cells 1 are laminated in series, a cathode collector 2 is superposed piece by piece on a cathode side end part, housed in an armored vessel 3, and a terminal plate 6 to which a cathode terminal 4 and an anode terminal 5 are tightly attached is set up, thus a layer-built cell is constituted. In the cathode collector body 2, such a metallic pate as being excellent in conductivity is embedded in a part where a cathode lead wire 8 of a platelike conductive plastic member 2a is made contact. For the conductive plastic member 2a, carbon black, a carbon fiber, gold, silver, nickel, etc., are used as a conductive filler, and also resins and the like including polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., are used as a binder. The metallic plate 2b is composed of silver, copper, gold, aluminum, zinc, brass, etc., and they are solidly molded by means of inset mold forming or the like. |
