<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate uncertainty and instability of a reset operation by adding the second circuit to the first time constant circuit, and a resetting circuit having the first circuit for generating a reset signal by comparing its output with a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:When turning on a power source, an output voltage of the first time constant circuit 1 receives an action of the second circuit 3 and compared with a reference voltage in the first circuit 2, and a reset signal is generated. Also, when disconnecting instantaneously the power source, a sufficient charge for generating a reset signal of a sufficient reset signal period from the first circuit 2 is discharged from the first time constant circuit 1, irrespective of whether its instantaneous disconnection time is long or short, by the second circuit 3. Accordingly, uncertainty and instability of a reset operation, which are caused due to a fact that such a discharge does not exist can be eliminated.</p> |
