<p>The process, for making synthetic rubber from by-products of isotactic polypropylene prodn., consists of reacting an atactic ethylene copolymer (I) with a poly-unsatd. polymer (II), e.g. polybutadiene, in presence of free radical initiators, pref. peroxides, and accelerators, at from ambient temp. to 300 deg.C for 1 minute up to 48 hours.
