PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composite having good storing stability and rust preventing property, by mixing imine compd. obtd. from specified organosilicon compd. and ketone compd. and compd. having oxirane ring. CONSTITUTION:Organosilicon compd. (aminomethyl triethoxy silane, etc.,) having amino alkyl group and alkoxy group is reacted with ketone compd. (methyl ethyl ketone, etc.,) or aldehyde compd. (benzaldehyde, etc.,) to form imine compd. Compd. (epoxy resin, etc.,) having oxirane ring is mixed by about 0.1-10 or favorably, about 0.5-5 in weight ratio to one of the imine compd. to prepare composite for rust prevention. The composite is dissolved to solvent such as benzene, toluene by <= about 50wt% concn. favorably, <= about 30wt% and used. |
