PURPOSE:To prevent the back flow of molten material by a method in which a nozzle is displaced in relation to a spool bush after the ending of the injecting packing and the spool port is closed on the tip end of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:After the injecting packing of molten material is completed, when a cylinder 42 for sliding is driven, a truck 35 moves along rails 37, or the whole of an injection molding machine 1 moves to the right direction in Fig. A. A spool bush 51 and a nozzle 33 become of a relation, as shown in Fig. B. In short, the nozzle 33 moves in parallel to the right direction in relation to the spool bush 51, and the spool port 52A of the bush 51 is closed on the flat portion 54 of the nozzle 33. The back flow of molten material can thus be exactly prevented without the needs either to provide a shut-off nozzle in the nozzle and or to improve the gate portion. The structure can also be simplified. |
