PURPOSE:To prevent the heat from a heat generating part from diffusing to a substrate side, by arranging the heat generating part to the surface of a glaze layer and providing a vacant space for an air layer in the glaze layer. CONSTITUTION:A combustible sheet is placed on the surface of a substrate 1 and a glass paste is printed on said sheet so as to cover the same. Then, said paste is baked to form a glaze layer 2. Because the sheet is burnt at the time of baking, a vacant space 4 remains at the burnt area. Therefore, the space 4 forming an air layer is present in the glaze layer 2 and the heat conductivity of the glaze layer takes a small value and the diffusion of heat to the substrate can be limited as much as possible. As a result, heat response is improved and, in its turn, the increase in printing speed and the reduction of power to be used are enabled. |
