摘要 The overall formulation has the following form: 65 parts of nitrile rubber, 28% nitrile content 35 parts of nitrile rubber, 34% nitrile content 35 parts of fine PVC powder 10 parts of phenolic resin, fine powder 15 parts of silicic acid, fine powder 20 parts of FEF black 3 parts of ester plasticiser 2.5 parts of sulphur 2.5 parts of zinc oxide 1.0 part of Vulkacit thiuram 0.5 part of Tetrone A and 189.4 parts of mixture constituents. This lining sheeting makes possible a lining which is flexible at low temperatures and undergoes no significant changes even during the cold season. The gasoline swelling behaviour is particularly important in desulphurisation units, since the hydrocarbons used undergo a certain entraining effect during the diffusion processes which occur. Entraining is thus in the opposite direction via the gasoline swelling behaviour. The final hardness which can be achieved is approximately 70 Shore A. A value of only 65 was achieved in the case of the neoprene grades used hitherto. In the case of butyl rubber grades, the hardnesses reach a value of only 50 Shore A. The neutralisation is carried out using lime, during which insignificant amounts of gypsum are formed. The diffusion behaviour is effected by the gasoline swelling which takes place in the neutralisation phase. During this, parts are carried onto the opposite side of the container wall, where they cause corrosion.
